Ordered next day delivery 18 days ago. My parcel has been lost!! Such an expensive order goes missing… I am fuming and will NOT be ordering from here again. Never have had a problem before but after this and still no parcel and no refund I am finished. It is outrageous for such a huge company. Lost another customer
