I ordered £70 worth of items on the 28th of November and Hermes say they still haven’t received the item. It seems like I SAW IT FIRST haven’t even bothered posting my parcel. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this. And unlike other companies, I SAW IT FIRST don’t answer emails and the most unhelpful company I’ve brought from. They refuse refunds also so if that’s happens don’t expect your money back.
