Would give 0 stars if I could. Disgusting incompetent company. Ordered twice in the space of a week - first time the wrong shoe size came in the box labelled the shoe size I had ordered and could not speak to an actual human over the phone so was around in circles for about a week with different reps messaging me asking me the same questions every single time. I ordered again paid £7 next day delivery and they have sent me someone else’s order and again I cannot get through or speak to ANYONE. Every time I have had to change outfits last minute because people cannot pack the correct items of an order that is infront of them. Disgusting company and disgusting customer service. AVOID
