Bought a top and necklace in December before the cut off for next day delivery for NYE, managed to get the order in the middle of Jan after their customer service refused to refund me for my missing order that was still at the depot. Finally got the order, sent it straight back unworn and unopened and I've finally had the courtesy of having my money returned weeks later in FEBRUARY. They've now discounted one of the items and knocked the discount off my refund (not sure how this isn't breaching trading standards, either way, their customer service doesn't give one)! One of the scummiest companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, will never ever ever ever place an order with them again. The below reviews are clearly either fake or a result of a loyalty scheme, very easy to spot the genuine ones (clue, not 5 stars).
