Ordered a cord set, received a clearly used one. With rips and stains that looked like semen on it. Contacted them to see what they can do, they were completely useless and didn’t even care. Their resolution was that I should return it and buy a new one, which is fine but then they refused to cover the price of posting. So I was expected to pretty much buy something pay for delivery to receive disgusting product to then return it and be expected to pay for delivery again (they also didn’t want to return the delivery cost for when they got it wrong). Wouldn’t recommend
