RIP-OFF warning!! RIP-OFF warning!!! When you may want to return the absolute rubbish they've send to you (they only sell rubbish, poorly made, ill-fitting, and broken leftovers from their warehouses nowadays) you'll come across an idiotic "Customer Care team" with exotic (!) names such as Neet and Montana ... They will do their absolutely best to get rid of you and never send you a refund! They will tell you that proof of them receiving the returned items (i.e. tracking on the post office site) is not enough!! They'd need proof of "proof of return".... If you come across them raise the matter with your credit card and also file a complaint with citizens' advice - with some luck they'll go out of business!
