Avoid!!! I have ordered from the website 2 times. The first time, my item never arrived and after waiting 2 weeks I had to repeatedly chase customer services for them to tell me the parcel was lost in the post and I was given the refund. The item I had ordered was for a wedding and it had sold out so I never got it. The second time I ordered a belt and Jewellery. Absolutely awful! Necklace was literally made from plastic. Sent the items back and after 1 month I still did not receive a refund. They have ignored emails, Instagram messages and Facebook messages. So I have had to get my bank involved. If you take a look on any of the sites social media you will see hundreds of people were never given the refunds back! This is illegal and not acceptable at all.
