Booking our villa was a wonderful experience, however it was a shame that we were not warned about the condition of the villa we rented. Also, it would have been helpful if the Isle Blue concierge knew more specifics about Saint Lucia. Our reservation was ultimately handed over to local concierge (from another company) who then stated that bringing frozen raw meats to the country was prohibited (which is not true) and then, when we were trying to contact the villa chef about allergies, stated that we were not allowed to contact the staff before arrival. Not the experience we've had when renting villas in the past.
