“I can not say enough positive things about our recent experience with isle blue !!! My husband and I recently stayed in The Villa called Sardinia in Turks and Caicos for our honeymoon. We were there for 10 days, and every single thing was beyond perfect! Being two gay men, as much as the world has made such positive strides and shows much support for the LGBT community, traveling is always something that makes you aware that not everyone is so kind. With that being said we really wanted to relax and feel comfortable enjoying our honeymoon in private. I found isle blue’s site on google when looking for hotels for our honeymoon about a year ago. Around that time covid was even more of a factor to consider while planning a wedding let alone travel . I took out the recommended travel insurance upon booking which I strongly agree is a smart decision. I was nervous initially booking because there weren’t the thousands of reviews that some of the popular hotels have . I read that some of the previous reviews said that isle blue would require half the fee up front and the second half 2 months before you’re trip . I was told a concierge would reach out to me a month before our trip to help with further accommodations, and they did exactly that! Stephanie our concierge was AMAZING!!!!! I told her in our first email exchange that it was our honeymoon , and she told me she would make everything absolutely perfect ! She provided us with all information we could possibly need , from private chefs , to rental cars , spa services and excursions. She also connected us with a local gourmet market that had a pre stock available for your villa if you don’t want to stop at the store on your way from the airport. We ended up stoping at the store ourselves because it seems more cost effective. Our villa was on Taylor Bay , which is opposite grace bay , where all the hotels and most restaurants are. It was only a 20 minute drive from Taylor bay to grace bay and if you have a rental car , and depending on where you’re from don’t mind driving on the opposite side of the street that you’re used to , it’s not a big deal at all. We were very happy to be on the more residential part of the island with less people. Our villa was absolutely stunning . It had direct beach access , it’s own private pool , and looked exactly like the pictures on isle blues website. To be honest, it was even more impressive in person . Julian the Villa Manager texted us the morning of Our flight to touch base and was waiting for us at our villa to show us around and inform us of anything we needed to know . He was also available by text or call the entirety of our stay if we needed anything , and would respond with in a minute! Stephanie was also still available if we needed her to adjust any reservations. She also hooked us up with chef Jose . He and anyone he brought with him as su chef were so professional and incredibly accommodating and talented!! We had two separate dinners prepared by him and one breakfast , and they were delicious!!!! It was worth every penny! The other days we cooked for ourselves or went to a local restaurant La Brisas . It was a 2 minute drive and worked for lunch and dinner . Other nights we ventured to Grace Bay , but for the most part just enjoyed our beautiful setting at the villa . The pool has beautiful lights at night along with the outdoor landscaping and the view of Taylor bay with the moonlight was incredible !!!! The villa is also set securely with two others behind gates at the beginning of the property. Each villa then also has its own security system . I accidentally set ours off and the security promptly called to make sure all was ok. We felt very safe ! The villa also had a state of the art washer and dryer and plenty of extra towels and bedding ! I know this is a very long review but I just wanted to list all the things that I was looking for when I was booking . Our honeymoon was the best trip of my life and exceeded all of our expectations ! We will absolutely be going back there and using Isle Blue for our future travel ! This is not an add lol !”

“Outstanding service. They arranged everything for our Barbados house, car and surf board rentals. Answered my questions promptly and waited to welcome us even though our flight was very delayed. I just think they REALLY overcharge for the initial grocery shop!”

“Completely disappointed.. Our group traveled with Isle Blue in Jamaica & it was top tier. St Marteen on the other hand was NOT. The Villa was alot more expensive to stay. St Marteen does not offer the same amenities as Jamaica (No Butler Service, limited housekeeping & laundry services, chef service was so expensive that we couldn't even book our entire 7 day stay). The housekeepers mixed our laundry with other people in our group. They didn't change our sheets, pull the garbage or just clean as expected. The Villa was very antequated & needs updating especially in the Plantation Suite.We feel like as an Isle Blue Villa it should offer all the same Amenities across the board no matter the Country without the extra fees. The Villas also need to stay remodeled when Outdated especially when customers are paying a high cost to stay there. Our chef Lionel & Julie ( I think)was great. Fiya the landscaper & Leo the manager was great also.”

We sincerely regret that your experience in St. Martin did not align with the expectations created from your previous Isle Blue stay in Jamaica. While all Isle Blue destinations are carefully curated, service styles and villa experiences do vary by island based on local culture, staffing norms, and how guests typically experience each destination. In Jamaica, many guests choose to remain primarily at the villa due to the island’s geography and longer travel times between attractions. As a result, villas there commonly include a larger full-time staff with services such as butlers, laundresses, and more extensive meal service built into the experience. St. Martin offers a very different style of vacation. The island is known for its beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, yachting, and day excursions, and most guests spend a significant portion of their time exploring the island and dining out. Because of this, villas in St. Martin traditionally operate with lighter included staffing, often limited to housekeeping service. In fact, Villa Mes Amis already offers a higher service level than many villas on the island, including more extensive housekeeping support than is typically standard in St. Martin. That said, we are very sorry to hear that certain housekeeping details during your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the laundry mix-up and the level of cleaning service you anticipated. We also appreciate your comments regarding portions of the villa that you felt would benefit from updating, and we will certainly share this feedback with the villa ownership and management team for review. We truly value your continued trust in Isle Blue and appreciate having had the opportunity to host your group in both Jamaica and St. Martin. The staff is wonderful, our chef Rhimon was simply the best, every meal was like at the restaurant but at home, the villa was pristine thanks to Terry and Damian, our butler was perfect! “Our group of 12 had a fabulous time staying in Ocean 5 which we booked through Isle Blue. The service we received from Isle Blue contributed greatly to our experience. “Our stay at Foster’s house in Barbados was absolutely fantastic. The home is gorgeous, warm, and inviting, invoking the perfect Caribbean escape. All bedrooms were en-suite and well-equipped. The location right on the beach in Reeds Bay couldn’t have been better. The lovely patio and pool area looking out onto the ocean made it extra special, but what really made it special for us all were the beautiful ladies that took care of us all week. Cheryl, Lisa, Catherine, and Anthea. Cheryl cooked us delicious meals, made her famous rum punch, and all the ladies took such good care of us. Thanks to Tricia, our local concierge for answering any questions we had, and also to Franco, our offsite concierge who really helped us prepare for our week there, and help me plan our week so well. He was at my service every time I contacted him in the months ahead of our trip. And also thanks to Eddie, our villa specialist who helped me book our stay. Everything was just lovely, and we had a blast here relaxing with our closest friend group of 9 here in paradise. I would definitely book another villa through Isle Blue for a future trip.”

“The vacation of my lifetime. Most days it was raining and we lost soooo much time in MoBay traffic... Yet the personnel at Noble house made the week worth every penny. Kevin the chef only cooked delicious ness not one meal was just par. Above and way above great for breakfast, lunch, in betweens and dinner. After the third day we stopped eating out all together for the best meals could only come from him. Jamaican food is so good yet he managed to cook the best we tasted over there. He could also make Continental, North American etc... always on time, always remembering individual needs, allergies and preferences.... Wow!!!! But that was just the tip, Monique and Marvin could. Do any cocktail and the right way.... Kept everything in order made sure we didn't need anything and responded to all our questions on how to navigate things, where it was worth it, going above and beyond.... Monique brought us some aloe leaves from her own house to south our insect bites from our beach day in Ocho rios. Our clothes were washed within the same day, rooms always made and never a cent wasissing from our belongings, even those left on the beach were brought back to us. The grounds were kept meticulously.... I am saying all tht because I do not know that there was of. Negative in our family experience. Next vacay will certainly be at Noble House”
