“Our 20 member family just stayed at the Villa Lorenne, Arrecife 35 from Dec. 29th to Jan. 5 2025. This was an awesome experience provided by a wonderful staff consisted of Chef Carlos Morla, Assistant Chef Daniel Morla, Butlers, Junnio & Merardo, Maids, Lili & Mary and last but not least was Pati, our Concierge. The ENTIRE TEAM served us like we were Kings & Queens! The only sad part of our stay was saying goodbye on the last day to our new family. We hope to return. The property was immaculate, spacious and located by the 14th green of the La Cana Golf Club. The Chefs provided 3 meals a day which were delish and accommodated everyone's dietary needs. Butlers were at the top of their game making the best drinks and making sure all our needs were met. Maids, although behind the scenes, made sure our rooms like the day we arrived. Finally, Pati, our concierge, help plan all our activities, golf, Eco excursion with lagoons, beaches, golf carts, bikes, and the big surprise my son & his wife's 20th wedding anniversary. To all our new family, The Arrecife 35, Villa Lorenne TEAM, thank you for treating us like we were in paradise!! Love from the Smith & Hungerford families!!”

“Wow! I wanted to book the trip of a lifetime and Isle Blie did not disappoint! They were very detailed, thoughtful and responsive. I even had some pretty silly requests (needed a ballon arc and red solo cups for beer pong) and they helped. Everything from the emails to the website made me feel safe a secure. Honestly, I get so. Worried about booking through a new agency but they far exceeded my expectations on trust and support. I will use them again in the future for sure! Shout out to my concierge Areti who was so awesome!!! Thanks Isla Blue!!!”

“While I didn’t stay at one of their properties yet, I would like to commend one of their agents, Sarah Gigli for going above and beyond with her customer service and communication. I was scrambling last minute to book what I thought was my dream villa, but had the hardest time hearing back from other agents from different companies who had the same listing. Sarah immediately got on the phone with me, made arrangements to accept my preferred payment method, and even txt’d me to make sure we were on the same page. She didn’t treat me like a dollar sign, but simply a human being who simply wanted to relax and celebrate my mother’s 60th year of life. Within less than a day, I had a contract, secured portal to upload my sensitive information, and transparency in whatever information I needed. Sarah is the golden standard for hospitality and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and A++++ customer service!”

“From beginning to end our experience with Isle Blue was exceptional! Stephanie made booking a breeze, Mary the concierge provided unlimited detailed assistance prior to our travel date, and the handoff to Daggi the local concierge, Angus the property manager, and Marcia the housekeeper was seamless! The villa was beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting.
