Hello-
I am using your services for a Thanksgiving trip, and I hope they are better esp regarding the preparations. I spent time to organize the menu. And they did not have some selections, and almost everyday they forgot the snack. The food/culinary started good, bit faded in Quantitiy and quality each day. Also the local conceirge did not have any of the flight edits that i had provided weeks ahead.
