“The reservation process was smooth and quick. However, we had to call the company in order to get in touch with a concierge to organize our visit. It was a bit complicated at first, but eventually, they assigned us an agent who was very helpful and efficient. Thanks to her, everything turned out just as we had hoped.”

“We found the house through Isle Blue. The excursions offered are very touristy so be aware of that. Rented a car through Isle Blue and it was easy.”

“The villa it self is nice. Our butler Fiona was amazing. One thing I will say is that the discription of “grace bay beach” is inaccurate. Its water is not as nice as Grace bay where Wymara hotel is situated. Also before I booked I specifically asked if there a lunch spot near by as we had kids with us, the representative from isle blue told me that there was a lunch restaurant 600 m away, which was also inaccurate. Had I known that there was no lunch within walking distance I would’ve booked another villa or prearranged lunch services.”

“There was good communication over all. Sometimes it took a little extra time to get answers to questions. There was an advertisement that a car rental was included but we did not get the car until the second day”

“We loved our place in Punta Mita and our agent that secured our condo was very knowledgeable and was terrific. Once at the condo, the housekeeper/cook was simply amazing and the on site manager or Conceirge was great.”

“Quick responses and help in getting us what we needed. Needs to update website on villas. My villa no longer a few amenities listed and pictured at arrival. I was also informed after asking Isle Blue that my villa no longer had a membership at one of the beach clubs listed before signing contract. They were very apologetic for this and handled it well.”

“Generally, we had an amazing trip once we got to our destination. Better communication with our concierge leading up to the trip would have helped alleviate a few issues. However, I'd definitely rent through Isle Blue again, now that I know exactly what to ask. The property was amazing and worth the effort.”

“Isle Blue was wonderful spacious home (villa) that my sisters and I enjoyed for 5 days for my birthday celebration. It had a lovely, private pool and was a secluded area to relax and enjoy the island weather.”
