“Really appreciate the convenience of being picked up at the airport and taken directly to the villa, along with the ease of adding a rental car to the reservation and having it delivered to the property.”

“We loved our place in Punta Mita and our agent that secured our condo was very knowledgeable and was terrific. Once at the condo, the housekeeper/cook was simply amazing and the on site manager or Conceirge was great.”

“Okay experience. Maybe I should have been more exact when requesting items to purchase upon our arrival in the villa. The beer purchased far exceeded amount requested.”

“Booking & everything was smooth. However local rep never contacted. Some info given such as door lock code was not correct. Extended Check out communication request not clear. Asked to use only one room after 12:00 but nobody came to clean or handover so ….”

“Quick responses and help in getting us what we needed. Needs to update website on villas. My villa no longer a few amenities listed and pictured at arrival. I was also informed after asking Isle Blue that my villa no longer had a membership at one of the beach clubs listed before signing contract. They were very apologetic for this and handled it well.”

“Generally, we had an amazing trip once we got to our destination. Better communication with our concierge leading up to the trip would have helped alleviate a few issues. However, I'd definitely rent through Isle Blue again, now that I know exactly what to ask. The property was amazing and worth the effort.”

“Isle Blue was wonderful spacious home (villa) that my sisters and I enjoyed for 5 days for my birthday celebration. It had a lovely, private pool and was a secluded area to relax and enjoy the island weather.”

“Aqua is a beautiful property with fabulous views of the bay. It was a great space for a large group with a lot of areas to mingle or have some quiet time. It was well-appointed with everything you would need to spend a week or more. The only suggestion would be some softer pillows and maybe a pillowtop mattress cover. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to spend some time in St. Maarten.”

“My wife and I experienced an epic visit to the island of Turks and Caicos, and Isle Blue served us very well in identifying a location that was perfect for us, aided in the navigation of travel to and from the island, and offered knowledgeable suggestions as to what to do and where to visit while there. We found the perfect little spot that was highly suitable. The photos and description of this location were near identical to the listing (unfortunately we found this to be rare during our search). I also found Isle Blue and its representatives to be responsive and timely throughout this process. There were a couple of miscues that bothered me a bit. Some fees arose that were not included in the initial language and were not disclosed until the booking process. Fees that to my feeling should be absorbed by the property owners, even if folded in to the cost. Transparency would have been appreciated regarding these fees, in my opinion, but this did not in any way negate the overall experience as being positive.”

“While communication with our Isle Blue representatives was good, our group found their payment processing to be a hassle and would have liked to have a simple link for each party to submit a credit card payment whenever they wanted to.”

“It was a beautiful setting! I liked that you could hear the ocean waves! I would have liked more instruction on where to find lightswitches and fan controls labeled. Also, phone did not work for local calls so made it hard to contact local businesses.”
