“We had a very good experience at your property in St. Maarten. Everything was very clean and the people that we corresponded with along the way were all very helpful! The house was so nice that we didn't do as much as we thought we would on the island - because we all just wanted to hangout at the villa and relax!”

“Mosquito repellent should be provided to all guests. Selena was great. Towels, bedding and toilet paper and other household items were good. The coffee pot was old and needs to be replaced. The chef was actually a cook, although he was good. No menu was provided. Other high-end villas that I have attended across the world, the chef has a menu to choose from and cooks unique items. The food was tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. I had to make my own coffee in the morning. Although the chef was kind enough to make beverages, we were not offered any between meals beverage service while we were sitting out by the pool The transfers and VIP service in the airport was excellent Overall, more “you don’t have to lift a finger“ service would raise the level of your companies excellence”

“I loved the location! The house was lovely! My only complaint is the bedroom i stayed in the closet door(mirror) came off the tracks and the bathroom can use a fresh update! The bed was very comfortable.”

“You need to streamline the deposit process. I sent a check prior to the vacation and also had to give credit card information for the deposit once we arrived. We had no damage. I will make sure that the check and the credit are not charged.”

The credit card hold was taken by the property manager at check-in as part of their on-site policy and was not processed by Isle Blue.
