Our flight was delayed from the USA due to inclement weather. The delay caused us to miss our Madrid to Lisbon connection, which ended up causing us to get to the property site in the wee hours. It appears that Isle Blue had limited knowledge of the property. No instructions were left how to operate the tv, stove…. I ended up taking a few cold showers because it took an extremely long time for the hot water to come on. My daughter asked the Isle of Blue representative how large was the property site. To date, and we are back in the USA now, no answer has been received. An orientation would have been preferable. The Isle Blue came the following morning and just stayed 10 minutes. We had to make requests that we feel should have been automatic such as how often cleaning is done, trash is removed…
