I used their posting service to replace the smashed screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. I paid £199 for the replacement and today I received a parcel containing an empty cardboard box with no phone in it. The parcel was sealed. There's no way to contact them by phone, it says the number is not recognised. They don't respond to my emails. I think it's time to go to the police as apparently I have been scammed. Be careful!
