I started off with Boxycharm then they merged with Ipsy, I needed to update card info the beginning of March and usually I get to pick my items never received my order, and the only way to talk to someone is to the bot, bot isn't helpful, they already took my money for April's order and says it's on its way, come on I would like my last month's order or a refund or to be able to email and talk to a actual person.
