They put me off a whole month “before saying” oh we see there has been no movement so we will reship your items but they might not be what you ordered and will take 5-7 days for reshipment. “I started off with Boxycharm then they merged with Ipsy, I needed to update card info the beginning of March and usually I get to pick my items never received my order, and the only way to talk to someone is to the bot, bot isn't helpful, they already took my money for April's order and says it's on its way, come on I would like my last month's order or a refund or to be able to email and talk to a actual person.”

“I enquired regarding the provision of CCTV for 2 properties and submitted photographs for one (ISpy do not visit properties to provide a quote they rely on prospective customers taking photographs and sending them to the company).
I then felt pressurised into being asked to place a 50% deposit on the basis that they were very busy and to make sure there was no delay in their fitting the CCTV.
Regrettably my circumstances changed, following a bereavement in relation to the first property so I could not proceed with that order. Upon communicating this to Kevin I was then told not to bother submitting photographs for the second property. Reading between the lines if they couldn't provide CCTV for both properties they couldn't be bothered to provide CCTV for one.
A Totally Unprofessional approach and smacked of desperation and sour grapes. They have lost a genuine customer.
ISpy should make it clear on their website that they do not visit properties in advance to provide a a quote and improve their approach towards prospective customers, showing empathy and an appreciation that circumstances can change.
