They put me off a whole month “before saying” oh we see there has been no movement so we will reship your items but they might not be what you ordered and will take 5-7 days for reshipment. It’s been a week since then and still nothing and this is September and my next shipment would arrive at the same time how convenient for them. So I cancelled my subscription to Ipsy it’s happening so much and they never do anything except off your a 5$ discount 🤣.”
“I started off with Boxycharm then they merged with Ipsy, I needed to update card info the beginning of March and usually I get to pick my items never received my order, and the only way to talk to someone is to the bot, bot isn't helpful, they already took my money for April's order and says it's on its way, come on I would like my last month's order or a refund or to be able to email and talk to a actual person.”
