Item won't work, I have called emailed and used the chat no reply at all. One of the worst customer service companys I have ever seen. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I'm sharing my experience with the hope of helping others. After falling victim to a devastating crypto scam, I lost $190,750. Despite trying various companies, none were able to assist me. On Aug 18, 2024, I received a call from James, claiming to help me recover unclaimed crypto transactions. However, clicking a link he sent led to another significant loss. I canceled my membership FOUR YEARS AGO, but I got a notice that my password was compromised. So i decided to log in to the website to make sure I didn't have any billing info still saved, and change my password anyway. HOWEVER, right when I logged in I was presented with a "thanks for your order!" notice. So I go to cancel the membership AGAIN, but there's no where to do that. So i ask the bot. Bot sends me a link, I cancel the membership. Except it still says I have a pending order for next month. So I try to cancel the order, except there's no where to do that either! So I ask the bot. Bot sends me a link, I requested to cancel the order. BOT TELLS ME NO CAN DO. Even though this all happened in the span of 15 minutes.

It is impossible to talk to a real person about any issues you might have with your order. I paid for a month where I won't get what I paid for, and their "Glam Bot" doesn't do anything. I put in two tickets with the company to talk to someone and there has been 0 contact in 2 weeks.

It's a rip off they don't send you any of the products they have you select and then they always say they don't have your products and send you not compare to what they tell you waste of money

Its about time you got out and fixed your coffee machines and stopped billing compaines for out of order machines. The quality is also really poor and weak coffee

I enquired regarding the provision of CCTV for 2 properties and submitted photographs for one (ISpy do not visit properties to provide a quote they rely on prospective customers taking photographs and sending them to the company). I then felt pressurised into being asked to place a 50% deposit on the basis that they were very busy and to make sure there was no delay in their fitting the CCTV. Regrettably my circumstances changed, following a bereavement in relation to the first property so I could not proceed with that order. Upon communicating this to Kevin I was then told not to bother submitting photographs for the second property. Reading between the lines if they couldn't provide CCTV for both properties they couldn't be bothered to provide CCTV for one. A Totally Unprofessional approach and smacked of desperation and sour grapes. They have lost a genuine customer. ISpy should make it clear on their website that they do not visit properties in advance to provide a a quote and improve their approach towards prospective customers, showing empathy and an appreciation that circumstances can change.
