Due to the improper handling of the situation I cancelled my subscription. They put me off a whole month “before saying” oh we see there has been no movement so we will reship your items but they might not be what you ordered and will take 5-7 days for reshipment. It’s been a week since then and still nothing and this is September and my next shipment would arrive at the same time how convenient for them. So I cancelled my subscription to Ipsy it’s happening so much and they never do anything except off your a 5$ discount 🤣.
