The process of purchase and price were good, but the site should have let me know when i should expect to receive my first copy. I know some magazines are monthly and weekly but i have subscribed to a couple of weekly mags and the timing of my first issue is completely random. i-subscribe could improve this by sending an email stating the date when i should expect to receive my first copy.
