Ordered men's running magasine for my brother's Christmas present and printed off a voucher to give him which confirmed it was a men's running magasine. To my horror in the new year I received a letter from women's running magasine saying thank you for the subscription! I then spent a panicked half an hour trying to speak to the right person to check my order. They informed me that they had ordered women's running and do not know how it had happened! I explained I had an email and voucher both confirming I had bought men's running but still no explanation!
