I feel you need to sort out some issues
(1)I first began my transaction via phone only to obtain a recorded message
Stating too busy I duly left my details and was astonished it took some 16hrs
For someone to respond
(2) I then did an Internet transaction and was disappointed that no matter
How hard I tried I was unable to obtain gift card off your website to give to my brother as Christmas gift
(3). I then sent you an e mail regarding this problem no real response from you lot to sort out crap service altogether from watrets @aol.com
