received email saying Boxing Monthly for Tony soon coming to end click 'renew' to continue subscription without missing an issue. but it was useless. had to phone on the Monday morning to arrange it all.
the service on the phone was okay, but I should have just been able to click renew, it really should have been that easy, I'm angry that it wasn't.
