I bought the same magazine last year as a birthday gift. When the renewal was due i received no communication and was horrified to discover when i did re order it that the reminder had been sent to the recipient and not to me the purchaser. had I known you had done this I would most certainly not have re ordered from you.
I would welcome an explanation
