Anything I've ordered so far has arrived very quickly. Errors are rare but the one time it did go wrong (I received the wrong magazine) they corrected it immediately and I received the correct magazine the next day! Anyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful too. This is what customer service should be like. All in all I think they're a great company to shop with.
