I do not understand why you charge so much more for a one-off whole year's payment than you do for a monthly direct debit. This makes no sense to me as you have all the money straight away and yet charge a hefty premium for receiving it.
I do not wish to engage in direct debits, preferring to pay for things in full at the time of purchase. I will certainly be giving you a wide berth in future if you continue this highly unjust practise.
