Your customer service person could not ring your supplier to ensure 15 issues I ordered commenced with Sept 2016 issue. This disappointed me, as my friend has a 90th birthday then, and the subscription is a gift, so I particularly wanted to commence with Sept 2016 issue. I did not understand why the publisher could not be contacted in this regard. I wish I could extend this by just one issue so that it began with Sept 2016 and ended with December 2017's issue.
