Three things went wrong with my order.
1. I was misled on a payment option. You appeared to offer quarterly payments at the start, which failed to exist later in the process.
2. I was told a discount "gift" of £2.50 would be applied if I ordered immediately, but it was not received.
3. My complaint to the company about the above problems was ignored. I subscribed on 6th September and have still not heard from you a week later!
