I'll ignore the usual, the mundane routines involved with taking on magazine subscriptions, focussing instead on the unusual. I have, over the past several years, been very impressed by the way the iSubscribe responds to 'phone calls. I have needed support quite a few times and on each occasion the 'phone has been picked up swiftly and cheerfully; I need hardly say how unusual a combination this is! I'll underscore this point - iSubscribe has an excellent team of individuals working to make the subscribers experience a pleasant one. Certainly beats a snotty shop assistant (or the absence of one on the empty sales floor at W.H.S's).
