I purchased one year subscription of Classic Car magazine for my brother in law for his 60th birthday and asked for the card to be sent to an email address to reach him on his birthday. This was not sent and as a result I had to forward your email showing the card.
This is not acceptable as the subscription was not inexpensive and as a pensioner I was disappointed with the service I received for the amount I paid.
