I found placing the order for the gift subscription very easy and the customer service was excellent when I discovered that I had put in the incorrect postal code (just from memory). However with a gift subscription a confirmation email of the subscription should also be sent to the person giving the subscription - as I did not receive such confirmation email giving all the details I could not be sure that the address that I had given for the recipient was correct.
