I have used the isubscribe three times. Every time I wish to renew the subscription I have to re-register as a new customer with a completely new email address. The site never recognises my email and password combination. Whenever I try to reset my password I'm told that no account with my email exists (despite being constantly spammed by your company and being unable to register for the newsletters). If I try to create an account with that email I'm told that an account with that email already exists. I now have three different email addresses registered with your company. Please fix this.
