I aasnt happy when I received a letter from the publisher stating a payment was going to be taken off my account of £50+ in January which was considerably more than the circa £12 I had agreed to, then to the 20 mins phonecall it took to sort it out, followed by the letter I received stating the subscription was for the minimum of 1 year when, having bought it as a gift, I wasn't sure if it was the magazine my partner wanted. Next time I'll make sure I read all the small print before committing myself.
