I wanted to renew a subscription and doing this for the first time I could not figure out how to do it. Thus my rating only "good". So from my point of view there should be a button "Renew subscription" or the like, which immediately forwards you to the right page, where you enter your actual subscritption data a and can easily process the renewal. Since getting in contact with the help desk from I-subscripe and their online and telephone support to help me through my renewal, my rating is "very good", because of quick and competent reponses, which were well above the average of the often poor service you encounter elsewhere.
