My recent experience of setting up a gift subscription for delivery in USA was excellent. The phone assistant was very efficient and courteous. Excellent! However I thought I had set this up 2 months ago but nothing happened: no magazine, no money out of the bank so obviously all your operatives are not as efficient. I also set this up awhile back but I had no renewal notice at the end of the year (I would have renewed) so it wasn't until 6 months passed and I realised that my son was getting no magazine that I started again with the subscription. (He was sent a renewal notice but if it is a gift, it should come to me). Hope you get these things sorted out as it is costing you money!
