I bought the gift voucher for a friends birthday present. I can't really fault the experience except to say that I filled out her details as I wanted the voucher to be addressed to her in the gift box but there was no option for the voucher still to be delivered to me (as I had other gifts to give her) so the voucher was sent directly to her. Aside from this the experience was very efficient and prompt.
