I renewed my subscription for National Geographic Kids through you but discovered I could have done it more than £8 cheaper if I'd gone direct to NGK!
NGK would help with a refund but subscriptions via a 3rd party website does not appear on their system for weeks, apparently.
Not prepared to pay for any more long phone calls to resolve this matter, so you get back to me!
