I had some difficulty to acceed to my subscription; I've introduced my customer number 000002685881 and the site didn't recognize the number.
So, I've done the subscription as a new subscriber. I would like to remind you that the expiry issue of the subscription which is running out is december 2014. I should appreciate a letter or an email with the beginning and the expiry issue of the subscription that I've done this week.
