I would much prefer it if the prices were the same for paying by card and by direct debit. It seems ridiculous that a card payment - which is instant, and in full - costs more than direct debit - which is spread out over the year. Surely it should be the other way around, and people who pay in full, in advance, should be the ones 'rewarded' (if anyone is). The easiest way, of course, would be for the charges to be the same as those 'trailed' in the emails, for all customers.
