Generall, the service of iSubscribe is very good and your staff very polite, but when it comes to claims which need to be handled by the publisher itself, the publisher often cannot find the subscription with the iSubscribe order number and asks for the publisher reference. For an agency which deals with many subscriptions, it is very difficult to know this reference number as they are usually sent by snail mail weeks after the order was placed. For an agency with many subscriptions of the same title, it is impossible to tie this publisher reference up with the order reference. There are usually no details regarding the order date or, which would be even better, the iSubscribe order reference in those letters. There is not even a reference that the order was placed via iSubscribe. Often we end up not being able to claim a missing issue which results in customers not satisfied with our service.
