I renewed two magazine in one transaction. One processed fine, but for the other magazine, the magazine did not get the subscription renewal. I would like to commend Marianne Kaskela for sorting it out in a reasonable amount of time, but this incident does make me question why I use I-subscribe for renewals. Though I wouldn't have known about some of the magazine I have subscribed to, without them being on the I-subscribe website.
