Ok, so I ordered a suit back in December. Trousers are good and fit perfectly. The jacket however was comically large. I initially tried to contact customer service but didn't get any response until recently when the store owner reached out to me. Very kind and willing to make things right, he asked for a specific set of measurements and now the situation is looking good and a new jacket is going to be made with fool proof specifications. A word of advice, measure a jacket and trousers that already fit you well, and give them those measurements when you order. It's probably the best way not to have any surprises. So in this case, a bad situation is looking much better. I'll update this review when the jacket arrives 👍
