“I have bought several pairs of pants, quite a few shirts, and a suit from iTailor over the past few years. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially as someone who as odd tastes in fashion. Almost everything I have requested they have been able to do using reference photos and discussions over email. I am well on my way to completing my dream wardrobe, all thanks to iTailor! It is worth noting that as with any online MTM maker, you should plan on 1-2 garments that do not fit quite right while they are finding your fit. This is to be expected, and has no bearing whatsoever on the skill of the maker. Now that they have my fit dialed in, I place orders for multiple garments without any worries.”

“I am very happy from all the suits and the shirts I bought from tailor. The price quality ratio of the internet line is very good. Especially if you are a difficult fit, like I am. I ordered one gold suit but I did not receive it yet.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company. Before buying suits from iTailor, I almost never wore suits. Now, I almost exclusively wear suits. What made the difference was how well these suits fit. They look great and are exceptionally comfortable. Compared to other custom suit retailers, iTailor allows for a far greater level of customization. Their customer service has also been outstanding: I always ask for even more detailed measurements than the website inquires about and they nail it every time.”

“I have had iTailor make my shirts for many years. The fine quality of both cloths and tailoring is exemplary. But none of these matter if customer service is poor - and again, iTailor's CS is exemplary! I am "ancient", an Octagenarian, but I still want to look my best. The compliments I receive from people I don't even know is astonishing! And by the way, I have shirts iTailor made for me a long time ago and they never "die"!”

“At first I was concerned about dealing with a company in Taiwan. But now I have purchased several suits and shirts both from iTailor and iTaylor Gold. I find that the quality is excellent and only out matched by their customer service. I had a couple of issues and they beyond my expectations to make everything perfect. So all I can say do not be afraid to place an order with them. I’m sure you will be pleased!”

“I got tired of buying off the rack, with limited selection and fit sometimes suspect. Since 2010 I have been buying from iTailor and have about 200 custom suits, 35 blazers, 100 French cuff shirts and about 10 pairs of custom shoes. iTailor have the best 3D designer website tool to complete the look. With custom measurements added to your profile, your fit always comes out complete to perfection. The team of customer service professionals through e-mail are always friendly and ensure the smoothest transaction from product design, modifications if necessary and satisfaction from production to delivery. Hand's down the world's leading company for what they do. Everyone always ask me about my attire and I say one word. iTailor.com and tell them I have the co-owner Bob on speed dial. On a scale of 1-10, iTailor is a CERTIFIED 20! “I've bought a ton of shirts and suits from, Itailor and I'll definitely be buying more. I did have a bit of an issue with the sizing at first but Bob was very helpful and sorted that out for me, so they have my exact measurements now, and everything I buy from them fits me perfectly. Fabrics are really nice too. Customer service is awesome, and if you are like me, finding it hard to fit into off the rack clothes, you'll love Itailor.”
