Before I ordered, I specifically sent a mail to check if the items are sold DDP and if I had to pay duties in Nigeria, customer service replied and said all prices included duties with no extra charges.
Only for the items to arrive Nigeria and DHL asked me to pay 30% extra for customs!!!
I have no problem paying, but why did Italist lie and give misleading information????
Stated even on their site that all taxes and customs are included and there are no hidden cost!!!!
You lied!!! And I am disappointed
