Misrepresented everything from the start - speed available and cancellation times - IT IS TWO WEEKS NOT ONE.
Spent 25 minutes arranging an alternative delivery address - only for them to deliver it when I wasn't at home. Laughable.
To top it off an inept advisor failed to cancel my account and cost me another £15 and 30 minutes of my life.
If they had been honest with me from the start I would never have signed up and been £75 worse off for the privilege.
Final agony I have to spend to an hour go to a PO to drop router off.
