After cancelling service over 6months ago and clearing more than the last bill, company continue to try take money and succeed in some cases, deleting stopping direct debit does not work ,getting a new card does not work! They set up new direct debits without permission, continue to take money months after service is cut off and cancelled. I've been with a new supplier since end of October but they continue. They say on reviews they will contact u and don't. This service is disgusting under no condition do u use them. Treat of court proceedings after all this I am now building my own case with enough evidence of cancellation and recorded calls, along with fraud charges with the bank against them.”
“They take money from your account for no reason the worst BB had to tune in most days only had them for two weeks stop 6 August 22 now from beginning of September 23 trying to take money I don’t owe and keeping messages with threats but they do it as much like it doesn’t worry me”

“They didn't tell previous broadband I was switching so I got bill from them.
The wifi was very intermittent and when on wifi on phone it kept cutting out every 5 mins,even my echo dot would cut out,my ring doorbell would cut out,if watching netflix/amazon it would cut out,I phoned up numerous time but no help,they even said to borrow someone's PC so I could check speeds, last resort I was told to upgrade package for faster speeds, I live alone this should be enough for me.
Now being told I have to pay early termination fee,I was only with them 3 weeks!!!”
“If I could give zero stars I would. Just take a look at their one star reviews on trust pilot. I’ve had to make an official complaint with the ombudsman or CISAS, I applied on the 23rd may 2023 and was given an installation date of between 8-14th may, well outside the 14 day cooling off period, yet they start said period from the day you apply, I am going to make it my mission to plaster negative reviews all over the internet and will take them to court if need be. Avoid this disgusting scamming company, they made me on the verge of suicide.”
“AVOID ITALK! this company is a scam, they will take money from your account without you knowing refuse to refund. they refused to look into any service issue and charge £150 for a engineer to come out. the service did not meet the standed or contract agreed speeds are below 1mpbs WORST BB PROVIDER IN UK. after reporting to ofcom and the fraud team. the customer service is a joke treat you like a child and dont listen but continue to take money regardless of no service.”

“Just an awful company. They didn't transfer my existing number and the WIFI continually cuts out about 100 times a day. I tried moving the router, plus lots of other things trying to improve the signal. It still cuts out. ITalk were meant to send something to me which would help in first class post 4 days later I am still waiting. I have had many other WIFI providers and not once has it ever cut out like ITALK. Will be going to Ofcom to get it sorted out, as ITALK don't see to care.”
“This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. constant extra fees, constant emails and calls if you are a day late with your payment. Cocky staff on the phone. My bill isn't due until the 24th December but they have already TRIED to put a late payment charge on it, too which I have now sorted out after yet another meltdown on the phone with them. I suffer badly to with anxiety and depression and after a full day of non stop calls, emails, text messages when your less then a day late with my monthly payment you end up wanting to hang yourself. joke company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Will not allow date change for dd. Then when it bounces they ring you EVERY HOUR until they get the payment. Even after you explain repeatedly you need dd changed, they read from a script, don't listen to what your saying. Then after they take a payment from your bank, prearranged with an agent, they ring you EVERY HOUR for a late payment fee!!!! Customer service absolutely rubbish, and unrelentingly ring you EVERY HOUR from 8am to 11pm!!!!”
“Bad company,Internet goes off alot anyhow but was okay anyhow as its cheap, but whats not okay is when I'm paying my bills and they still cut me off repeatedly always needing calls to them to resolve which are usually met with hostility”
“Was supposed to be connected on the 29th April, was promised a smooth transfer from Plusnet, here I am on the 8th May, still not connected due to filing/admin errors, kept being told there’s a fault on the line and told it might be my fault(blame) and could cost me £145 to send a technician, or I was free to hire one myself, or wait 3 to 5 days to see what could be done. Was told I I wanted to leave it could cost me £185 early termination fee. For a service I’ve never received.”

“The worst internet and service in England.
italk is without a doubt the worst broadband company I have ever used, I was with them for 3 years and now i'm back to my previous provider, so I know.
Avoid them at all costs! The internet was always slow, I had fiber so it wasn't cheap, but up until Covid19 in 2020 I was rarely home so confess I didn't mind - but I always made sure to report the faults, which were always meet with silly excuses such are poor weather (i'm talking rain in London). October- November 2020 was the worst, working from home was extremely difficult with their lines dropping every few minutes, sometimes for hours. December I didn't have any internet at all! I had to pay for a mobile hotspot upgrade and lost many days of work because of it. When I spoke to them about this they said they would refund for lost internet, my phone data, but they lied. The engineer they finally sent out for an inspection (first and only in 3 years of complaints) said there was nothing for him to fix and that the modem was faulty. Note, he had never heard of italk, lol. I called back and said I was done with not having any internet and would be cancelling as it didn't make sense to pay that month, let alone another month for no internet. They wanted to charge me for a new modem to be sent out and said they wouldn't be able to resolve the issue or pay me any compensation if I moved on. I must have been on the phone for a good hour asking to cancel, with the guy just asking me to pay for the new modem, he hung up on me and I cancelled the direct debit. Finally managed to cancel on the phone today (April 2021!), and not a penny compensation wise. Ridiculous. I've honestly never hated a company so much.”
