If I could mark 0 I would. After cancelling service over 6months ago and clearing more than the last bill, company continue to try take money and succeed in some cases, deleting stopping direct debit does not work ,getting a new card does not work! They set up new direct debits without permission, continue to take money months after service is cut off and cancelled. I've been with a new supplier since end of October but they continue. They say on reviews they will contact u and don't. This service is disgusting under no condition do u use them. Treat of court proceedings after all this I am now building my own case with enough evidence of cancellation and recorded calls, along with fraud charges with the bank against them.
