They didn't tell previous broadband I was switching so I got bill from them.
The wifi was very intermittent and when on wifi on phone it kept cutting out every 5 mins,even my echo dot would cut out,my ring doorbell would cut out,if watching netflix/amazon it would cut out,I phoned up numerous time but no help,they even said to borrow someone's PC so I could check speeds, last resort I was told to upgrade package for faster speeds, I live alone this should be enough for me.
Now being told I have to pay early termination fee,I was only with them 3 weeks!!!
